WHAT IS CUSTOMPVA ?

As the name suggest, we’re the sole provider for real sim card with the most affordable cost while maintaining the highest quality of providing numbers for verifications. Our mission and goal has always been and will continue to be private and dedicated, meaning we never intend to provide used sim card or to be shared. They are dedicated and Only one will get it and belongs to – CustomPVA

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIVATE & DEDICATED ?

Private Sim cards – Only one person of that network will have that number, it’ll not be shared. Once the number has been given out, we’ll store it physically and keep it until reverifications strikes. Example only you will have this number for Instagram, however someone else will using it another network such as twitter but no two person will be using the same number on the same network.
Dedicated Sim cards – The whole sim card will be yours, no matter if some networks are available and not activated for the sim card, we’ll never distribute the number to anyone else because it is solely dedicated to yourself.

WHAT ACCOUNT/WEBSITE CAN I USE THE SIM FOR ?

We’ve mainly listed all the mainstream website/platform in the store, however if you do wish to purchase for a website/platform that is not listed feel free to contact us by any method through the contact us page! Basically any website that you can think of which allows us to do PVA through web browser, unfortunately we’re unable to do APPs such as snapchat or tinder. However, do look forward in future because we’ve plans for it.

WHERE IS THE TICKET SUPPORT, HOW DO I ACCESS IT ?

The ticket system are for registered customer who have purchased something and created the account upon checkout. The ticket support is meant for problems and issues that customer can get instant and fast support on, if you have pre-sales questions or enquiries on the sim cards please use the contact us page!

DOES CUSTOMPVA HAVE AN API SYSTEM ?

Unfortunately not, it’s not possible for us to do all this in high quality with automation it’s simply not possible. However we’ve made the website in a way that it’s so easy for us to process your orders from new orders to reverifications and we made it that once you’ve checkout you need not need to contact us again. Just sit back and focus on what you’ve to do and we’ll delivery as promise!

HOW TO UPGRADE MY SIM TO UNLIMITED REVERIFICATIONS ?

It’s easy, just go to SHOP > OTHERS (Categories) > “Reverfications Upgrade” and purchase how many you want for which number you want. Just go ahead upload the numbers into an excel and checkout. And you need not need to do anything more!

HOW DO I GET MY ACCOUNT'S REVERIFICATIONS DONE FAST ?

For numbers that you do not wish to get unlimited reverifications, just go to SHOP > OTHERS (Categories) > “Reverifications Fee” and add the amount of accounts to the number of reverifications you need. Make sure you upload the excel file with the follower ( | Website | Proxy | Number | Username | Password | ) and click add to cart and purchase.

HOW DO I EXTEND MY NUMBERS LIFE ?

For numbers that you wish to extend the life of the sim, just go to SHOP > OTHERS (Categories) > “Extension of Sim’s Life” and add the amount of numbers to the number of the store item and also please upload the excel for the numbers that you only wish to extend the life.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY OR REFUND ?

Yes! Warranty comes with the sim as long as you do wish to continue extending the life of the sim, if in any case the sim have any defects or problem’s we’ll replace you with another one FREE. As for refund, only allow to those who have paid but yet to have activated on the desired website/account. We do not provide refunds in any instance where-by your account was banned because of your proxies or the fault of yours using the account resulting in a suspension or ban.

WHY THE PRICE DOES NOT REDUCE IF I ADD MORE THAN 100 TO CART ?

More orders more than a 100 please contact us for backorders, as this is consider bulk and we need time to make sure we’ve stocks in the site available for the rest that needs for minimal amount. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
